Biography

Building places where people, culture and nature can thrive together.

Kwaku Matorwmasen is a Ghanaian regenerative entrepreneur and community builder. He is the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of Dream Village and Founder and Executive Director of Green Gold Social Enterprise. His work connects land restoration, agroforestry, rural livelihoods, practical education, culture, hospitality, technology and partnership.

His entrepreneurial journey began in community service, ICT and rural education. Through Drive Aid Ghana, he worked around literacy, nutrition, volunteering and opportunity for underserved children. These experiences shaped Green Gold and Dream Village: practical platforms for communities to develop futures rooted in their own knowledge, relationships and landscapes.
